- Olive oil (ca 20 tablespoons)
- 80-100g pine kernels
- parmesan cheese finely grated - ca 50g
- 1-2 bunches of basil leaves
- salt, pepper, 3 garlic cloves - and a pinch of sugar
How you do it
- wash basil leaves, peel garlic cloves (but don't chop).
- add everything into food processor and let run until it is creamy. Add oil if necessary.
